MCC 4: Intervision
"Intervision" is supervision created from the collective wisdom in the room. Through a process she learned in France over 20 years ago, Libby will guide the group to explore 2 cases (brought by participants). A collective debrief of both the process and the cases will follow.
MCC 3: MCC - Observed Coaching
In this session we will ask 2 of our fellow MCCs to coach live for 20-30 minutes and then have a conversation about their "superpowers". In this appreciative inquiry process we will observe each other's dance of coaching and take away nuggets of learning for our own practice.
MCC 2: What is the Future of Coaching?
Libby will be joined by some guest panelists. What is the potential future of coaching? What do we see. In this dialogue based process, we will seek to both understand coaching as a potential lever of compassion and understanding in multiple systems and listen to what we want to generate as key leaders within the coaching movement. Can coaching change the world? Can the definition of coaching be expanded? Can coaching be used to end deeply entrenched conflicts?
