Libby is the Managing Partner of Integral, a global award-winning leadership development consultancy. Over the last 26 years, she has worked with CXOs and senior leaders on three continents. Libby holds a Master’s in Organizational Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is a TED Fellows coach. Libby is the founder of the Advanced Coaching Practicum. Libby holds a certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University. She is also the founder of BackFeed+, an app for better, faster, feedback, based on neuroscience.
Libby is joined by about a dozen PCC and MCC teachers and mentor coaches as well as a variety of international coaches and assessors.
Tim Kincaid

Dr. Tim Kincaid is an executive coach and consultant specializing in strategic communications, change management and leadership development. Tim teaches in the business school at the University of North Texas. In addition to working with individual coaching clients, Tim is on the executive coach roster for several coaching companies and universities, providing executive coaching to leaders at all levels of organizations. He brings more than 25 years of corporate experience to his practice. He holds a doctorate in Human and Organization Development. Tim served as president of ICF-North Texas chapter as well as the international Gay Coaches Alliance (GCA). He serves on the board of the Texas Coaches Coalition.
Natalie Mendez

Natalie Mendez is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development expert focused on supporting leaders who want to elevate their performance without compromising their well-being. Natalie spent nearly half of her 20+ year corporate career in leadership roles before founding Mendez Coaching in 2017. Since then, she has worked globally with companies and individuals to elevate their impact. Natalie holds a Master's in Business Psychology and is certified in multiple assessments such as Hogan, DiSC, and CliftonStrengths. She is the 2025 President-Elect of the ICF North Texas Chapter and believes that giving back and serving others have been essential elements in her professional and personal success.
